Access to the members lounge includes the quarterly publication, archived searchable articles, videos, and recordings. Institution 100 members will not receive any commissioned works.

Institution 550 (US$550/Year) is a full university membership to Brass Legacy. All affiliated students and faculty gain access to the Brass Legacy members lounge, which includes the quarterly publication, archived searchable articles, videos, and recordings. In addition, university libraries will receive hard copies of the score and parts to all four commissions within their subscription year.
